I did my PhD at the University of Southampton and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research in Singapore under the supervision of Dr Sylvia Pender and Dr Anis Larbi, studying age-related metabolic adaptations in the immune system. After this, I joined the laboratory of Dr Bethan Psaila and her team to study normal and malignant megakaryocyte/platelet biology.

My research in the Psaila group focuses on studying the immune landscape in patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs), specifically understanding how these alterations affect patient responses to immunotherapy. Understanding the role of the immune landscape in MPN is essential for improving treatment options for patients with MPNs.
