The COVID-19 Multi-omics Blood Atlas (COMBAT) Consortium is led by Professor Julian Knight at the University of Oxford and was brought together to rapidly and accurately respond to the COVID-19 pandemic. COMBAT has an ambitious goal; to define the nature, drivers and predictors of severe COVID-19 through the deep immune phenotyping of patient blood samples.
